Je sais par exp\u00e9rience que c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s facile de faire comme d&#8217;habitude et de prendre quelques biscuits pour apporter \u00e0 la sortie de l\u2019\u00e9cole. \u00a0Voici quelques conseils (de mamans devant l\u2019\u00e9cole) pour trouver des go\u00fbters sains que les enfants aimeront et mangeront.<\/p>\n<p>Impliquez les enfants dans votre recherche du go\u00fbter \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 en leur faisant additionner le nombre de morceaux de sucre avec l\u2019application \u00ab\u00a0Sugar smart\u00a0\u00bb. C&#8217;est facile d&#8217;utilisation. Scannez simplement le code barre de leurs g\u00e2teaux et boissons pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s et cela vous indiquera le nombre de morceaux de sucre qu&#8217;ils contiennent. Mes enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tonn\u00e9s par la quantit\u00e9 de sucre dans le paquet de leurs biscuits favoris&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-97 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mynametags.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/image-1.png\" alt=\"image 1\" width=\"300\" height=\"289\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mangez 5 fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous savons tous que \u00a0nous ne pouvons pas battre les fruits et l\u00e9gumes pour un go\u00fbter super sain. Faites les atteindre leur 5 fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour en leur proposant des fruits servis sur des b\u00e2tonnets \u00e0 cocktails ou en ajoutant des autocollants sur une bo\u00eete color\u00e9e remplie de fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Mon enfant de 8 ans adorent les concombres, le c\u00e9leri et les carottes avec un petit pot de houmous. Parfait pour un go\u00fbter apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole. Mang\u00e9 seul ou avec une galette de c\u00e9r\u00e9ale\u00a0 ou une tartine craquante. Un \u0153uf dur est facile et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Ajoutez du fromage, de la confiture (sans sucre ajout\u00e9 bien-s\u00fbr), des bananes, du houmous ou de l\u2019avocat \u00e9cras\u00e9. Des beurres de noix sans sucre ajout\u00e9 comme l\u2019amande ou la noix de cajou sont bien aussi. Cherchez des noix naturelles sans sel ou sucre.
